HERE’S THE DEAL

Everything is custom and handmade to order here in the glorious Hudson Valley of New York. We’ll work with you to create a one-of-a-kind design. Once that’s nailed down, you’ll get a detailed quote that includes terms and lead times.

PAYMENT

Payment in full is required to begin production. Sales tax will be charged subject to state and local guidelines. Payment may be made by check, wire transfer or credit card. Credit card sales are subject to a 3% processing fee.

SHIPPING & RECEIVING

All orders are quoted FOB (freight on board), meaning the customer is responsible for shipping and receiving costs, including crating. We may, but are not obliged to arrange shipping for you. We always recommend fully insuring the goods. In any event, all goods must be thoroughly inspected upon receipt. Please sign only for intact, undamaged shipments. Any and all damage, including hidden damage, must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. ALL packaging must be saved for a claim to be considered.

CANCELLATION / RETURNS

Upon placing an order you have 48 hours to cancel to be eligible for a full refund. Contact us immediately via email if cancellation is required.

PRODUCT VARIABILITY

All custom creations are subject to some level of variability emerging from innate differences in clay bodies, glazes and the extreme heat of firing. Some level of variability is to be expected and makes each piece unique. Measurements quoted are close approximations and the representation of finishes is as accurate as online publishing and photographic processes will allow.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid for goods and services.

We provide goods and services in a manner that meets generally accepted standards for our industry.

If at any time it is found that any portion of these terms and conditions are found to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable, non-binding or otherwise without legal force or effect, that provision shall be severed from these terms and conditions and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
